来到医院，小鸭子将刚刚借到的钱全部都交了手术，这时他的母亲正在手术室里，小鸭子在门外等着。
过了一会，医生走了出来，小鸭子立刻站了起来问到。

小鸭子离开这里前去交费。
可是刚刚的钱已经用完了，他掏出手机看着小兔子的电话号。
小鸭子犹豫着，他看了看母亲的病房，只好打给了小兔子。
小兔子知道后，没说什么，只是前来帮小鸭子交钱。
小鸭子不断的感谢这小兔子，说着一定会还，可是 他现在连养活自己和母亲都难，小兔子并没有听小鸭子说，只是一味地走着。
深于这边，周涛给他出了个主意。
‘深哥，我们可以拿他母亲换钱吗。’
‘怎么换，你的意思是 ’
‘器官。’
‘那你要是这样说的话，那我们可以先把他母亲的器官拿出来然后让他掏钱买回去，最后在卖掉。’
两人相视一笑。
小鸭子这边在医院走廊休息时听见一阵吵闹，睁开眼看见四五个医生推着他母亲去到手术室。
他立马上去。

和小鸭子交流的是一个外国医生。
‘the patient is currently suffering from kidney failure and requires an immediate kidney transplant, which could be life-threatening ’
医生说完便离开了。
小鸭子呆呆的站在原地。
肾衰竭，换肾，一个肾，五十万，把他卖了也没有五十万啊。
因为没有交钱，医生只是对他母亲进行了简单的治疗。
医生找到小鸭子。
‘the patient needs a kidney transplant, and the kidney source has been considerable recently if we continue to wait, it"s hard to say if there will be a matching kidney in the future ’
小鸭子不断的点着头。
小鸭子离开了医院。
他再一次找到了小兔子。
和小兔子说了目前的情况，小兔子叹了口气。
找到游客。
‘you can you lend me some money？’
游客看着小兔子。
‘how many？’
‘my friend"s mother needs a kidney transplant it may cost ’
游客想了想。
‘okay, but this is not something i borrowed from you, it"s something the pany borrowed from you we will deduct a portion of your salary as interest in the future, and once you repay it, it won"t be deducted anymore ’
游客给小兔子赚钱，小兔子谢过后又将钱给到小鸭子。
